Did anyone serve with Gary Fisher, Div. A?
He had a USS Newport News CA-148, Div. A lighter, his wedding date was inscribed on the back and their names. It was stolen along with other cherished treasures and he is heartsick about it. I’m trying to find one to replace it, but not having much luck.

On board 66-68 first Nam cruise.. Great ship. Great crew. Fox Division

Served on board in 1963,64 as a shipfitter,pipefitters 3rd class. Truly enjoyed my time on board…..
