Howard H. Halsey
Years Served: 1941 - 1944
My dad, Howard Halsey, is still alive and living in Florida and would love to hear from any shipmates! Send me an email with your contact info and he'll give you a call. He was a gunner's mate and a carpenter's mate. He was assigned to the Kimberly when she was commissioned out of Maine. He has two of the original belaying (sp?) pins and his footlocker. His DD 521 hat has 'plank owner' embroidered on it.
