Years Served: 1947 â 1950âĶI loved my years in the Navy (18-19 years old at the time) and enjoyed so many of my shipmates. Have been looking for Bob Chase, originally from Niagra, NY. for many years. Living in Arizona since 1965.
Served as radarman on Kenneth D. Bailey from November 1966 til October 1969. I remember Laurie and Dave very well. Believe we went ashore together a few times. Sorry to hear of his passing.
Served aboard 62-64
I joined at at seventeen, my first med cruise, I remembered when we got close to Naples we could smell it ,boy did it stink.
I served aboard the Bailey 1965 -1968. I was also in the Sonar group.
