With first class ship fitter Rollins we had a good Department served in the Mediterranean on a, 1971 med Cruise
6 month deployment the DuPont was a very Good ship she ran well across the water, as I say we’re all getting old but we’re sure not slow,good luck guys. And to all I serve with on the DuPont including Keith carston from Alaska, and my brother James l Reed fire control technician.
Came on board Jan 1963 to Aug 1966. Was in M division. Greatest time of my young life.

Served on DuPont 1970-72. Had a rock band that played outside on refueling, clubs, bars and hotels on Med cruise 1971. Best ship I was on.
Served on the DuPont from Dec. 1964 to Jan 1967. Best ship I was ever on!
