Years Served: 1984-1988…Some of the best menories are the missile shoots and the soft ball games. Had to go when it quit being fun.

Years Served: 1964-to-1968…I was a gunners mate (ASROC) aboard the Wilson from 1964 till 1968. Arrived as 3rd class left as 1st class. Aboard for four tours to Vietnam. During the third tour, at 2;05 pm on June 3rd 1968 we were hit by North Vietnamese shore batteries four miles north of Dong Hoi taking one direct hit and several near misses. Would like to hear from my buddies, Andreason, Graham, and Fierro.

Years Served: Aug 1975 thru 1976…I made 1 west pac and then cross deck to the USS Brooke to go on another west pac. The magnificent 7 will always have a warm spot in my heart. Great crew.
